Milano Fashion Week 2019 abandons the genderless and offers a dreamy and ethereal woman dressed in very light fabrics, almost impalpables, that are colored in pastel colors.
Pink in all its shades will be the colour of spring-summer. First of all, the wonderful peach colour N21,then the antique pink of Prada and , finally, the bubblegum pink of Max Mara. Delicate games of overlapping and flounces, allow us to catcha glimpse of feminine forms inspired by romantic femininity. And so, volumes of skirts and tops become bold, recalling the image of floral corollas.
The women of Fendi , instead, take a dip into the past and acquire a retro charm with delicate scarves, low heeled mules and micro bags. Instead, Tod’s rediscovers a precious sensuality through leather and sequins. Leather is , in fact, the absolute protagonst for the Italian famous brand, as well as on the catwalk, even among guestes who attended the show at the Pac.
Among the top guestes the ex Miss Universe Iris Mittenaere and actress Kasia Smutniak, both dressed in quality materials worked by master craftsmen. In front of the iconic T of the backdrop, film stars, models anda stars of the digital world have posed, such as Margareth Madè, Knika Kapoor, Natalie Osmann, Filippa Lagerback, Olivia Palermo and Lady Kitty Spencer. All dressed up in leather, of course!
Tod’s catwalks presented leather in all its most precious meanings.Tie dye dyed and cut in sequin waterfalls has enchanted guess with macramè- worked hairy calf,nappa pleats and the anaconda or rubberized leather blousons.Clean lines and precious materials that sounds like a tribute to Italy that has always made its flag by its craftmanship and tailoring.
