Without italian fairs there is no future

Italian fairs generate 3% of the national GDP, constituting a fundamental piece of ours economy.

A study carried out for the Fiera Milano Foundation by The European House – Ambrosetti, demonstrated that the Italian trade fair system is an indispensable tool for growth of the Italian industry in foreign markets.

Specifically, Fiera Milano represents the mirror of the strategic nature of  the Italian trade fair system. According to ANSA, in fact,  just in 2019 t 50 events organized in the exhibition center boasting 25,000 exhibitors and 4 million visitors have generated 17.5 billion euros in exports and 46.5 billion euros in revenues for exhibiting Italian companies.

According to Ambrosetti’s study, orders placed during fairs trigger a multiplier of 3.1, generating a total contribution to the national GDP of 3%. The exhibition system is therefore essential to support the growth of the country and its excellence.
